Cassie has spent 20 years in marketing, go-to-market, and operations — including experience as a CMO's Chief of Staff (twice) and building operations functions from scratch. She is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Her background includes CaptivateIQ, Nextiva, and LeadMD, where she worked across revenue and marketing operations, executive advisory, and organizational scaling.
She founded Novos Group to bring operational discipline to businesses that need fractional senior leadership — practical systems, not trends.
